The winter landscape rests in quiet slumber in order to burst forward into Spring with new growth. Similarly, one must turn within in order to emerge a new to follow evolving desires and passions that carry us forward in life. This painting contemplates that state of being, an almost undetectable promise of potential.

Established in 1971, the Stamford Art Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose members include painters, sculptors, printmakers, photographers and multimedia artists.
